Position Responsibilities:
Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
Actively participate with engineering project teams to coordinate the release of new products.
Estimate and track manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
Define, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
Maintain records and reporting systems for coordinating manufacturing operations.
Develop, implement, and analyze manufacturing engineering plans and projects, communicating them to internal and external customers.
Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules, regulations, and procedures, and reporting any incidents or concerns immediately.
Support company quality policy and procedures for the position, including compliance with all relevant ISO 9001 work instructions.
Complete all required training on time (e.g., compliance, EHS, security, trade compliance, HR).
Maintain complete security and confidentiality of all company records and employee data.
Ensure the work environment is free from harassment and report any incidents to the supervisor, HR, or ethics department.
Comply with the company's Affirmative Action/EEO policy.
Preferred Requirements
6+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
2+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control practices.
