Biery Cheese will continuously train our team members in food safety, food quality and maintaining regulatory requirements. Biery Cheese team members will be encouraged to improve their work process to produce/ packaged at the highest quality under the guides of food safety and quality.Our team members are to conduct themselves appropriately while at Biery Cheese and manage the production area in a safe manner to avoid injury to themselves or co-workers.
Work Environment:
The work environment involves moderate risks or discomforts which may require special safety precautions working around moving machines in production facilities, protective clothing or gear such as goggles, gloves and shoes may be required. Must be able to work in a cold environment.

- Maintaining, stocking, and cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, all offices and outside patio area during Spring and Summer hours
- Keeping outside perimeter of building free of any/all: debris, vegetation, bushes and trees trimmed away from building
- Bale any plastic or cardboard, Load trash into trash compactor, able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Load cardboard and plastic bales onto trailer
- Clean and maintain all overhead cooler units
- Removal and cleaning of air socks
- Operate floor scrubber for cleaning of hallways
- Able to complete the biannual stripping and waxing main hallway, restroom break room and locker room floors
- Ability to operate dishwasher to clean all trays, buckets, barrels and tote lids.
- Shall be required to maintain daily production tool cleaning and maintain tracking of the equipment.
- Shall stock and maintain all supplies for break room, dock offices, restrooms including soap dispensers, foot sanitizers and toiletries.

Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret documents including operating procedures and MSDS
- Shall follow all regulatory & safety procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Shall be licensed to operate a scissor lift and tow motor
- Excellent attendance is required

- Ability to use distant and peripheral vision, identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus.
- May work near moving mechanical parts, high and/or confining places.
