Job Description

We are seeking an Director of Housekeeping to oversee the housekeeping operations of a beautiful luxury hotel in Shreveport, LA. Recognized for its award-winning service and proximity to numerous attractions, this hotel is a guest favorite for those seeking an elevated hotel experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Leader who thrives in a fun, friendly environment and wishes to work with one of the world's leading hoteliers.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health, Dental & Vision plans, 401k + match, a great PTO plan and more!

Relocation assistance will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee comprehensive management of the housekeeping department
Manage room turnover times, customer service scores, and financial profitability
Lead a team of over 100 employees
Serve as a key liaison between client property leadership
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct
Coach underperforming employees to improve performance
Ensure new hires complete the required training
Demonstrate friendly, service-oriented demeanor when interacting with co-workers, guests, and property staff
Follow and enforce all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
