Role Summary:
Support the development of Accenture’s Sales & Commerce business with select CG&S clients in North America.
Identify and shape a multi-year pipeline of opportunities to drive transformational value for clients in Sales & Commerce (across Accenture’s service lines) based on a deep understanding of the client’s strategy and the industry context.
Lead client engagements in setting their Sales & Commerce transformation strategy, building their organizational capability roadmap and supporting the embedding of change.
Leverage Accenture’s service lines to design, develop and deploy the appropriate solutions for the client.
Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
Be a Sales & Commerce thought leader in CG&S and support the development of the firm’s assets & offerings.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of the factors that are shaping the future of CG&S sales and commerce including the evolution of the trade and the future requirements. Demonstrates the ability to turn this insight into key strategic implications.
Market/ country level sales & commerce operational experience (e.g. leading a sales organization or function).
If possible, has experience operated at regional or global level within the Sales & Commerce function.
Experience of developing and implementing Sales & Commerce transformation strategies.
Strong understanding of the role of technology, data & analytics in supporting the transformation of the function.
Specific experience in as many of the following functional areas as possible:
Modern Trade Customer Management.
dCommerce – managing on-line retail.
Route to Market, including Distributor Management.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
Field sales and digital outlet engagement.
Commercial process design and implementation.
Developed organization capability strategies to drive change.
Led or been a key part of leading transformational change of a Sales & Commerce organization.
Strong network at a senior Sales & Commerce level.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum combined 8 years’ professional experience at a large consulting firm and/or Consumer Goods & Services industry.
Bachelor’s degree or greater.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location Annual Salary Range:
California $163,000 to $434,000.
Colorado $163,000 to $375,000.
District of Columbia $173,500 to $399,300.
Illinois $150,900 to $375,000.
Minnesota $163,000 to $375,000.
Maryland $150,900 to $347,200.
New York $150,900 to $434,000.
Washington $173,500 to $399,300.
