$70,000 - $105,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Managing a caseload based on jurisdictions, with primary responsibility for all activities in assigned cases.
- Conducting evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
- Meeting clients to discuss discovery, negotiate pleas, and provide case updates.
- Communicating with prosecutors, judges, and court representatives for case progression.
- Participating in docket calls in state and municipal courts for case management.
- Conducting legal investigations, preparing documents, and offering legal advice.
- Handling consultations with leads and assisting in client sign-ups.
- Attending legal proceedings, performing legal analysis, and collaborating with experienced lawyers.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to seek case resolutions.
- Analyzing legal disputes, counseling clients, and negotiating on their behalf.
- Managing case files to ensure updates are accessible to legal team members.
