About the Role

Essity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our feminine hygiene brand in the North American market. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, growth, and market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, brand management, and consumer insights within the feminine hygiene industry.

The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro area.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute marketing plan and activities for assigned brands to achieve brand objectives and sales target in line with global BU guidelines.
  • With CMU team conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify key trends and opportunities in the feminine hygiene market.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive landscape and consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and supply chain to ensure alignment on brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage product launch process according to agreed plan and within assigned budget for area of responsibility.
  • Create or adapt brand communication material across channels and products to secure efficient and effective communication for each market activity.
  • Manage the brand budget effectively to optimize marketing investments and drive ROI.
  • Ensure accurate logistic forecast on country, channel, and product level for product launches.
  • Lead and mentor a direct and indirect team of professionals to drive brand success.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience in the feminine hygiene or related industry in the Hispanic market
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English as they will work with connections in the Hispanic market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Holistic commercial perspective including proactively developing initiatives and projects with commercial teams
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Digital marketing, E-commerce, D2C development experience desirable.
  • Excellent team-player in multinational teams, proved ability to work effectively in collaborative international environment.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, including matrix organization influence, effective communication and building strong relationships among key stakeholders.

  • Relevant Industry Experience: FemCare experience & Hispanic markets
