Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, utilizing their expertise in casting, machining, welding, and working with exotic alloys. This role requires proficiency in Mastercam and Syteline. Why join us? 401K/Match Medical Dental Vision Flexible Scheduling Work Life Balance Job Details Responsibilities: Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. Design, install, or troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations to establish standard production rates and to improve efficiency. Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization. Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan. Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, then testing finished product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm and validate manufacturing process. Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, and requesting special services as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Proven experience with casting, machining, welding, and working with exotic alloys. Proficiency in Mastercam and Syteline. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts - such as production control, cost reduction, and systems analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas. Excellent communication, cooperation, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and CAD software. Strong project management skills. Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
