Navi is hiring a Nurse Team Lead to manage our Nursing team while also helping continuously improve the companys standards of care for clients, nurses, and healthcare partners, while also supporting the scale of Navis operations.
Data Specialist Role Summary
The Data Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data from multiple platforms to support Navi Nurses strategic decision-making and growth planning. The Data Specialist will work across multiple systems, tools, raw data files, APIs, databases, and other information sources to build comprehensive insights to ensure client, nurse, partner, and stakeholder success. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong analytics skills and ability to prioritize data requests.
This role will report directly to the Director of Operations but will be asked to assist with related tasks from the entire Navi Nurses leadership team. The Data Specialist will help translate complex data sets into meaningful summaries and insights that can be used across Navis operations, nursing, recruiting, marketing, sales, finance, and leadership teams. The Data Specialist will leverage their deep data insights to provide recommendations for various growth, acquisition, conversion, retention and incentive programs that will support Navis supply and demand needs. Your insights will help shape business strategies and improve our service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and consolidate data from various systems, tools, raw data files, APIs, databases, and other information sources.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, recruiting, nursing, and accounting teams to manage ongoing data requests, including forecasting, performance metrics, experiment and incentive design, break-even analysis, and dashboard reporting.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance trends across Navis main departments.
- Convert complex data sets into insights, trends, and recommendations that the Navi team can use to develop clear action plans for efficiency and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their unique data needs and identify areas for process improvement through data-driven insights.
- Create clear, compelling data visualizations and presentations for various stakeholders across Navis internal teams.
- Help establish best practices for data collection, analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, finance, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R and / or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in data analytics related to healthcare, business, and / or finance is a plus.

Compensation

- This is a full-time W2 position.
- Compensation
- $60,000 to $80,000 based on applicable experience, with opportunity for performance-based bonuses on at least a twice-annual basis.
