elly Services is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for a temp to hire opportunity to join our client's team in Perris, CA. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and comfortable handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the leadership team with placing service and purchase orders and addressing related inquiries.
  • Utilize and update trackers for employee lockers and requested orders.
  • Assign and manage company lockers allocated to employees.
  • Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and new hires on-site.
  • Address and process non-compliance invoices designated to the site.
  • Support the HR team with engagement events, including setup, storage, and takedown.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior administrative or office management experience preferred.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour
