Job Description The Football Analyst assists the Head Coach in organizing and managing all Division I Football program phases, including recruiting, student-athlete academic monitoring, and community/donor relations. Brief Description of Duties Analyze football analytics Oversee academic and personal well-being of student-athletes. Assist in building a nationally competitive Division I program through successfully recruiting and retaining high-level student-athletes. Organize community service events for the team. Assist in all phases of a Division I intercollegiate football program, including fundraising. Commit to the academic goals of the university and follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the NCAA and the Mountain West Conference. Demonstrate awareness and experience understanding the needs of a diverse student population through inclusive course materials, teaching strategies, and advisement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of football analytics experience. Demonstrate an awareness of and sensitivity to the educational goals of a multicultural population gained through cross-cultural study, training, teaching, or similar experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of DI football analytics experience. Compensation Classification: 2382 Coach Assistant Anticipated Salary: $6,288 monthly - $7,658 monthly.
