Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled
SAP QA Test Program Manager
who will be responsible for working closely with customer SMEs/Leads for in-person conversations on solutions. The candidate should be technically savvy to understand the directions from the customer. Responsibilities: Create Strategy & Plan Documents per project needs and manage the respective process area’s testing activities. Create test and validation (OQ and PQ Support) plan and summary report. Work with infrastructure teams to ensure all required setup is in place for the environment to be up and running at all times. Participate in defect Triage Meetings and update Traceability Matrix. Closely track application and environment downtimes and plan day-to-day operations accordingly. Ensure metrics collation across project teams and status reporting to the Steering Committee. Provide points of view and thought leadership during discussions. Front end all customer communication. Understand existing testing processes, test environment, key stakeholders, and their roles in testing engagements. Ensure compliance and validations through GxP are strictly adhered to without any deviations and zero tolerance. Prepare estimation of effort and delivery timelines for the identified scope. Prepare delivery plans, roadmap, and deliverables across the timeline. Share timely reports showing overall test progress, productivity, value adds, etc. Support in building a robust regression test repository. Perform maintenance and support of Regression Repository at regular intervals, as needed. Required Skills/Qualifications: 15+ years of QA experience including but not limited to applications involving both GUI and Web UI-based applications, both on SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. 5+ years of hands-on experience on SAP functional areas involving E2E Business Process. Experience on multiple projects in SAP ECC / S/4 HANA covering implementations such as Greenfield, Brownfield, Migration, and Carveout projects. Good understanding in at least 2 of the SAP functional E2E business flows such as FICO / PTP / SCM / OTC along with exposure to 4+ functional modules. Knowledge of Automation Tools – Tosca/Worksoft/UFT etc. Building business cases to support implementation of solutions. Extensively worked and hands-on experience in Configurations and Testing across SDLC/STLC. Extensive experience in developing Test Strategy and Test Plan documents. Remediation of existing Test scripts and conversion from ECC to S/4 HANA. Preferred to have overall Project Management and Program Management Skills. Ability to work independently and in-person onsite/remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge and experience of ERPs other than SAP – e.g., Oracle, CRM, BPM etc. Knowledge of other automation tools for functional and performance testing. Experience on Life Science-related processes and customers and on compliance-related activities across GxP and IQ, PQ, and OQ Validations. The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 to $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits:
