Join our team as a Sr. Product Manager to drive Selection flywheel inputs for B2B customers across our U.S. and Canada stores. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings, central mechanisms, and internal tools in contribution to our mission of being Earth's most B2B customer-centric company.

In this role, you will own strategy and programmatic execution of B2B Selection efforts for the US and Canada, a dedicated product and feature roadmap, deliver on key business priorities, and set both short-term and long-term goals for your deliverables. You'll work with a talented cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders while influencing other teams and their roadmaps.

Key job responsibilities

Define B2B Selection strategy and vision, aligning with Amazon's overall business objectives. Advocate as the “voice of the vendor” in planning meetings and scoping reviews. Influence product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and guide future improvements. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Lead cross-functional teams, managing expectations and resolving conflicts to balance customer and company needs.

A day in the life You will spend time meeting with cross-functional teams and reviewing our progress against our strategic goals and KPI and building plans and outlining requirements to enhance the processes and tools that supplier-facing teams use to onboard new selection and new brands to Amazon Business. The work is highly collaborative and will have you spend much of your day communicating with stakeholders and analyzing data to provide thoughtful insights on how we can improve the assortment for our business customers.

About the team The Amazon Business Category Business Development teams have a charter to grow the B2B business through improving core Selection and Pricing inputs. We do this in three ways:

Drive direct engagement with our most strategic business-relevant suppliers; Build tools, resources, and systems that allow strategic Amazon Business programs to scale effectively across Category teams and suppliers; Improve the customer and supplier experience by acting as the voice of the supplier and informing Amazon Business product roadmap and Go-to-market strategy. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience owning technology products - Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership - Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
