A Supply Chain and Operations professional with deep expertise in Manhattan WMS, who designs and executes strategies for optimized warehousing and fulfillment. You bring extensive leadership experience in implementing and scaling warehouse management systems, with a proven ability to deliver results for complex supply chain challenges. Your analytical skills, digital expertise, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams make you a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor to organizational growth. The Work: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Manhattan WMS solutions for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on optimizing warehouse operations and supply chain performance. Guide clients in developing strategies and operating models that integrate warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment functions with their overall supply chain. Use Manhattan WMS to solve complex challenges, improve response times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Build and mentor diverse teams, fostering collaboration and developing domain expertise. Collaborate with client leadership to ensure alignment on project goals, while driving organizational change and adoption of new solutions. Support business development, including preparing proposals, delivering client presentations, and leading sales efforts for supply chain engagements. Drive thought leadership by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and developing innovative supply chain methodologies. Use analytics and digital tools to create scalable, data-driven solutions for warehousing and supply chain operations. Ensure projects align with ESG values and drive positive impact in communities. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 6 years focused on Manhattan WMS. A Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience delivering full-cycle Manhattan WMS implementations, including strategy, design, configuration, and go-live. Bonus Points If: You have expertise in advanced Manhattan WMS modules such as Labor Management, Slotting Optimization, or Demand Forecasting. You excel in integrating Manhattan solutions with automation systems and other digital tools. You hold Lean or Six Sigma qualifications. You have strong data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. You’ve earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree. You are recognized as a thought leader in the warehousing and supply chain domain. You have a proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex programs, and foster client relationships. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
