Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Spring Boot and Java to ensure high performance and scalability. Oversee the implementation of design patterns to create robust and maintainable code structures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to enhance their skills and productivity. Ensure the integration of JUnit5 for effective unit testing and maintain high code quality standards. Use YAML for configuration management and ensure seamless deployment processes. Manage version control using GIT to maintain code integrity and facilitate collaboration. Implement and maintain JSON and XML data formats for efficient data interchange. Ensure the application of the Spring Framework to build enterprise-level applications. Leverage Linux for server management and deployment to ensure a stable and secure environment. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives. Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment to best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. Contribute to the company’s purpose by developing solutions that enhance device functionality and user experience. Impact society by delivering high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers. Qualifications:
16 to 20 years of experience. Must have extensive experience with JUnit5, Design Patterns, YAML, Spring Boot, Java, JSON, GIT, XML, Spring Framework, and Linux. Should have a strong background in the Devices domain. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams. Must be proficient in hybrid work models and day shift operations. Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desired:
