For our client, a global leader in technical production of solutions/products used mainly in the retail industry, we are seeking an outstanding Managing Director with experience in production management as well as full P&L and statutory management responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Exercise business management and supervision over the company. Manage economic, financial, and organizational interests of the company. Full responsibility for the independent, commercial, and technical management of the company. Represent the company externally, especially towards customers, suppliers, and the authorities. Responsibility for personnel management, supervision of purchasing, production, sales, and administration of the company. Reporting to shareholders and the advisory board. Management of strategical business concepts and proposals to the shareholders on business development, investments, and finances. Acting as group production manager. Qualifications:
Experienced Senior Manager from a production plant (mechanical/electrotechnical production). Understanding/experience with full P&L responsibility. Broad experience with different function management (purchasing, production, sales, administration of the company). High level of proactivity and responsibility. Willingness to develop the plant further. Advanced leadership skills. Advanced Czech and English language skills. We offer a very successful but stable (family-owned) international company with European headquarters. The position includes large management independence for the CZ production plant, with responsibility for group production execution – supervision of another smaller production site abroad. Further growth is expected, with plans to extend the production site in CZ up to double the size. A very motivating remuneration package, company car, and other benefits are included.
