Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and assess new investment opportunities utilizing industry connections and exclusive channels. Investment Execution: Oversee all facets of deal processes, including financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring, and presenting findings to the investment committee. Portfolio Management: Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to enhance value creation, track performance, and drive strategic initiatives. Team Leadership: Mentor junior professionals, guiding them through analytical processes and deliverables while nurturing a cooperative team atmosphere. Market Expertise: Stay informed on market dynamics and maintain robust relationships with industry experts and stakeholders. Investor Relations: Assist in fundraising initiatives and communicate with investors to effectively represent the firm’s interests.

Required Skills Proficient financial modeling and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated individual with a robust work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking. 4-5 years in Private Equity.
