- 5 plus years experience in the door and hardware industry with product knowledge of products and the manufacturers
- Leverage your expertise in working with top door vendors, including Allegion and Assa Abloy, to manage and deliver exceptional projects.
- Manage all aspects of project detailing, including pricing, design review, and customer communication to ensure project success.
- Estimate materials required for construction projects in accordance with local building codes and company policies.
- Assist customers in identifying and resolving door deficiencies while ensuring code compliance.
- Support operations with estimating and pricing for commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
- Oversee take-offs for commercial doors, frames, and hardware, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to the sales team and customers during the estimating and project planning phases.
- Lead your team in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze material usage vs. estimated usage post-project for continuous improvement.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist operations teams by verifying orders and reviewing revised project documents as needed.
- Provide support to ensure projects stay on track, acting as an extra set of eyes to avoid any issues.
