As a Recruiter, you will report to the Human Resource Manager and work closely with the hiring managers to focus on recruiting and assisting in the hiring process. The position is a full-time role and in-office. This role proactively builds and maintains strong relationships with employees to understand the hiring needs of the organization while providing expertise in attracting candidates.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizes core values throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system which includes editing/posting job descriptions, sourcing/pre-screening applicants, reference checks and assisting management with interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the company's hiring managers to identify candidates and create a sense of urgency within the organization and to ensure the correct hiring procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate and attend all hiring events as needed, while partnering with our local branches, directors, and marketing team to promote and appropriately staff the event.
  • In the capacity of a headhunter, develop tools and methods to proactively pursue candidates within the industry or in other complementary industries.
  • Monitor online reputation (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google)
  • Partner with Marketing to attract, engage and hire top talent.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and branding techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years in recruiting with strong interviewing skills.
  • High sense of urgency and organizational skills.
  • Maintain an outgoing and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed etc.
  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting preferred
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality in all areas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel as needed.

Education:

Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Compensation:

  • $52,000 to $62,000 per year

Pay Range
$52,000—$62,000 USD
