HX5 is currently seeking a Data Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes to automate or find efficiencies
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate program performance and outcomes
• Automate metrics reports
• Provide written reports to senior leaders on data findings to support data driven decisions
• Take initiative to collect data from multiple sources, organize and report the data in an efficient manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement program improvements
• Monitor and track program metrics and key performance indicators and alert team members when a metric is falling out
  of bounds
• Assist with developing and documenting enterprise level processes and standards

Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:

• High School Diploma (or GED) and twelve (12) years of general experience, or
• Associate's degree and ten (10) years of general experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of general experience, or
• Must have six (6) years of experience in project administration.
• Must have 6 years direct related experience in data analysis
• Must have 3 years of experience working in a management or leadership role
• Must have IRES experience
• Must have experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Must be proficient using Jira
• Must experience automating metrics reports using software such as MATLAB, PowerBI, Access, Jira, OR other analysis
  tools

Preferences:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, Information Technology, or other applicable field
• Have experience analyzing processes to automate or find efficiencies
• Have experience providing written reports on findings from the data
• Have experience creating and organizing lists and libraries in SharePoint
• Have experience writing and setting metrics goals, generating reports that explain the data, and work with the customer
• Have a relevant professional certification

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $104,000 and $129,000, annually, based on experience.
