The Receptionist will support the Front Reception Desk and serve as part of the Facilities Team. The Receptionist will assist with greeting SHI's visitors and assist these visitors in reaching the appropriate contact.

Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
- Requires punctual, dependable individual, as team functions within specific shift hours
- Maintains all tasks related to Front Desk
- Greet and assist all visitors and tenant spaces in a professional and friendly manner,
- assist all visitors in reaching their appropriate contact internally and tenants (utilizing systems in place and communication tools).
- Learn and utilize company systems as a part of the workday; systems are used to route calls, mail, and general contact with internal employees as well as various related tasks
- Work as a part of the team and be flexible
- Constant interaction with internal employees, customers, vendors, etc... via email, phone, instant messenger; position requires excellent communication skills
- Backup Facilities and assist onsite team, as needed
- Complete assignments in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of assignment
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook
- Positive, friendly demeanor
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work, both independently and as part of a team environment
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to work extra hours, as needed
- Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to tight deadlines
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of assignment

Additional Information:
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $31,200 - $40,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
