Recruiter
Purpose: The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the talent acquisition process. This includes building relationships with candidates, as well as educators within the markets Kimbel Mechanical does work. The Recruiter is typically the first interaction a candidate will have with the organization. The Recruiter is responsible for interviewing and screening candidates, placing candidates with the right hiring managers, engaging with students about future opportunities, and ultimately becoming a talent advisor to the hiring team, as well as continually improving the process and procedures within his/her scope of work.
Responsibilities:
- Screen potential candidates prior to formal interviews
- Continually generate candidates for open positions via sourcing, head hunting, networking, referrals, etc.
- Network with schools, state officials, and industry leaders
- Build relationships with schools throughout associated markets
- Generate market research to better develop recruiting strategies
- Complete Recruiting Activity Reports to submit to supervisor
- Host orientation for new hires as needed
- Routinely take part in Talent Acquisition training and development
- Continually improve the process and procedures of Talent Acquisition
- Communicate with Hiring Managers on a regular basis
- Manage job postings and job applications for every open job requisition
- Network and build relationships within every applicable market
- Support efforts in Career Fairs ranging from K-12th Grade, Technical Schools, Colleges, and Adult Job Fairs
