Comments/Special InstructionsThe manager would like to start interviewing next week if possible. Manager prefers candidates living in the Chattanooga area. Manager would prefer someone with clinical recruitment experience.
Qualifications:Job Qualifications Education •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. Experience •3 years - Experience in Human Resources required. SkillsCertifications •Must be detailed oriented, deal well with ambiguity, demonstrate strong strategic thinking and creativity skills, be an effective communicator with both internal and external partners/customers. •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) •Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced environment •Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment. - Strong attention to detail - Located in the Chattanooga, TN, area, with ability to come on-site during the training period. - Manager would like to start interviewing next week if possible. - Manager would prefer someone with clinical recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities •Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department. •Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends. •Providing recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Managing internal and external recruiting sources and extending offers once a candidate is selected. •Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.
