About the Position

This is an onsite role based at our CR Laurence headquarters in Los Angeles.

Here's What You'll Get to Do

  • Proactively source candidates through tools such as LinkedIn and various job boards
  • Project managing and overseeing the recruiting for 20-25 roles
  • Develop recruitment and sourcing strategy designed to attract quality talent in the hiring pipeline
  • Report on KPI's and metrics via weekly status updates
  • Schedule, pre-screen and coordinate the full cycle hiring process to offer stage and onboarding
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, quality contacts and referrals
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers with a focus on results


Here's What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work onsite from our CR Laurence headquarters in Los Angeles, Monday-Friday
  • Ability to travel ~10%
  • Advanced sourcing acumen in LinkedIn and creative approach in sourcing for a wide variety of positions
  • An excellent customer-centric disposition, ensuring positive experiences for our candidates and our managers
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of proven recruiting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
