About the Technical Recruiter role:

We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to drive and implement recruiting strategies for Dorilton and our portfolio companies, with a special focus on technology roles. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and candidates to effectively identify top talent in technical and engineering disciplines. You will also be accountable for ensuring an amazing candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process. Ultimately, you will help grow our teams with exceptional, highly skilled tech talent that will help us achieve our business goals.

The contract is 6 months initially with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, retain, and develop the top tech talent across various disciplines including software engineering, data science, IT, DevOps, and other technical roles
  • Develop market and job specific recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals.
  • Design and implement national recruitment strategies to leverage our national scope and realize recruitment cost efficiencies, leveraging recruiting analytics and tech hiring metrics to optimize sourcing efforts
  • Develop a network of third-party acquisition professionals and manage relationships and negotiations
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements deeply and to develop competitive hiring strategies, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Utilize recruiting data and metrics to inform key decisions and provide solutions
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives within the tech community, positioning Dorilton and its portfolio companies as top employers for tech professionals.
  • Attend recruiting events to build company presence and pipeline

Desired Skills:

  • You have a proven track record of success as a Tech Recruiter and ideally have experience in fast-paced environments and high-growth companies.
  • Deep knowledge of technical recruiting strategies, tech sourcing channels, and the specific needs of tech hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy
  • You are a fantastic and dynamic communicator. You know how to engage talent and build great relationships
  • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Engineering Leadership to navigate complex offer situations and overcome candidate objections
  • Excellent understanding of technology roles and the technical landscape, allowing you to speak the language of candidates and hiring managers in this space.
  • You are a strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills
