About the Role:
Are you passionate about identifying and connecting top civil engineering talent with transformative infrastructure projects? As one of our Sr. Civil Engineering Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of building our engineering workforce by sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled professionals. You'll work with a dynamic team to match candidates with projects that shape the future of transportation, environmental sustainability, and urban development. We work in Civil, Geotechnical, Power & Energy, Electrical, Water, and others etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Candidate Screening & Interviews Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Implement innovative strategies to attract top civil engineering talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Build talent pipelines through networking, events, and online platforms.
- Evaluate candidates in areas like project management, software skills (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), and certifications (EIT, PE).
- Offer strategic support on hiring best practices, industry trends, and salary benchmarks.
Requirements:
Education & Experience Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience recruiting in civil engineering or construction sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with civil engineering disciplines and certifications.
- Ability to juggle multiple hiring processes and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
