McGraw Hill is currently seeking a **Senior Product Recruiter** to join our global Talent Acquisition team.

**How can you make an impact?**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Product Recruiter** to join our dynamic global Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by developing and executing strategic talent plans for our Product roles. You will partner closely with business leaders to align recruitment efforts with their strategic goals, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent for critical positions. Additionally, your expertise in labor market trends and intelligence will be essential in shaping our recruitment strategies and enhancing our employer brand within the talent market.

**Location:** Remote within the United States and preferably working on Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates must reside permanently within the US to be considered.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Strategic Recruitment Planning:** Collaborate with business leaders, functional heads, and HR partners to understand the strategic direction of the business and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Will tailor our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to align with business objectives and use data-driven insights to proactively build diverse talent pipelines. Will serve as a lead for product recruitment needs, coordinating and collaborating with various team members to execute recruitment strategies.

+ **End-to-End Recruitment Execution:** Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial intake session to offer management. Will craft and execute strategies for job postings, candidate selection, and interview processes. Will partner with Sourcer and Coordinator on execution of recruitment plan.

+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Foster strong relationships with product leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional HR teams. As a trusted talent advisor, you will ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and work closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinators, Business HR, and other enterprise teams to achieve our hiring objectives.

+ **Exceptional Candidate Experience:** Deliver a personalized and high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Utilize technology and automation to enhance efficiency while maintaining frequent communication with candidates to set expectations and provide status updates.

+ **Leveraging Technology and Data:** Utilize recruitment technologies and tools to drive efficiency and productivity. You will strategically use data and market intelligence to refine recruitment strategies and manage candidate funnels effectively.

**What we are looking for:**

+ A proactive, hands-on recruiting professional with at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent advisory roles.

+ Proven expertise in recruiting for product roles, including Product Managers and Product Development.

+ Demonstrated success in corporate recruitment environments, particularly for complex and senior-level roles.

+ Experience using talent availability data and market intelligence to inform and guide hiring decisions.

+ Strong background in incorporating DEI strategies into recruitment plans to achieve diversity targets.

+ Proficiency in sourcing channels and familiarity with various recruitment systems such as ATS and social media tools.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

+ Strong organizational and talent attraction skills, with the ability to establish connections across the business.

+ Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

**Preferred:**

+ Works during eastern or central time zones.

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
