Job Title: HR Generalist

Work Schedule:
- On-site 5 days a week initially
- Opportunity for remote work one day a week once fully trained
- Typical hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- Flexibility required for open enrollment and biometric screening sessions outside of normal business hours
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will possess basic HR knowledge and a fundamental understanding of HR rules and regulations, particularly as they pertain to employee benefits. This role is critical in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Support open enrollment and biometric screening sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR processes and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Understanding of HR rules and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours as required.
- The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with on-site work for at least five days a week initially.
- There may be an opportunity for remote work one day a week once fully trained.
