HR Generalist / Capacity Planner

KEY HR GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

This dual role is designed to enhance collaboration between HR and the construction management teams, ensuring that both human capital and operational needs are aligned to support organizational goals
KEY HR GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the daily coordination and administration of HR and Scheduling activities.
- Assists in maintaining personnel records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and 100% compliance with HR documentation standards and conducts regular audits of personnel records and policies to ensure the organizational practices align.
- Create capacity plans which meet business targets and optimizes team project needs by working with stakeholders to forecast future organizational capacity needs.
- Continually monitor and review plans and make appropriate adjustments in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances.
- You will be responsible for calculation of time cards and accuracy
- You will work closely with construction management to ensure timely workforce planning through Assignar and scheduling of teams on projects by obtaining the information required from the appropriate stakeholders and review plans to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Will Assist HR Management of new hires and processing paperwork with candidates and assist with onboarding and ensure all required documents are collected.
- You will proactively contribute to the HR team by assisting in managing HRIS System and perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource tasks including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Experience in Assignar scheduling and time management.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least one year of human resource management experience is preferred.
