Seeking Porter for Government Building in Batavia NY.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
Must be able to pass a government background, drug test.
Must 3-5 years Janitorial experience
Must be reliable and dependable
Must be able to follow tasks and schedule and work well with upper management
Must be able to lift 20 lbs - Push and Pull Janitor carts

Duties include but not limited to:
Floors: sweeping , mopping, vacume
Dusting - High and Low dusting
Garbage removal
Glass cleaning
Bathroom disinfection
replenish paper
Floor Machine EXPERIENCE A PLUS- - Buffing and Stripping and Waxing - will train -

After 90 days will be able to join UNION.
Vacation pay, Sick pay, Personal time pay and Vacation after 1 year of service
401K Employer Contribution after 1 year of service
Open Shifts include - Full time Overnight shifts, Weekend Work or Part time Vacation fill in work.
