Overview
Renuity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to Executive-level leaders across our organization - including our CEO, CFO and Chief Administrative & Legal Officer (CALO). You'll be the main point of contact for a variety of administrative tasks, but primarily in charge of calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, handling sensitive and confidential information. You will act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, hypergrowth environment.

Renuity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to Executive-level leaders across our organization - including our CEO, CFO and Chief Administrative & Legal Officer (CALO). You'll be the main point of contact for a variety of administrative tasks, but primarily in charge of calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, handling sensitive and confidential information. You will act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, hypergrowth environment.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively manage and prioritize the CEO, CFO and CALO's calendar - including scheduling meetings, appointments and events.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting materials - including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Attend meetings as necessary, take accurate minutes, and distribute action items to ensure timely follow up.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for org-wide and cross-functional meetings and events - including all-team meetings, team offsites, etc.
- Act as a liaison with the Board of Directors - including coordinating communication, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements - including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure smooth travel including trouble-shooting flight cancellations and last-minute changes.
- Reconcile and process travel expenses in accordance with Renuity policies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and action items are acted on.
- Act as the point of the point of contact during external visits to our office.
- Perform any other miscellaneous administrative or personal tasks that may arise.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment to C-Suite Executive(s).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent judgement to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in calendar management using Microsoft Outlook as well as other technology (ex: Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word Documents, etc.).
- Prior experience booking travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
- Compelling communicator, able to effectively convey messages to key stakeholders and leaders.
- Intuitive, proactive, and assertive with the confidence to effectively support and anticipate the needs of executive leaders.
