In this role as an Executive Assistant II, you will be joining the Digital organization that is driving innovation and transformation at the bank. The qualified candidate will provide first class confidential, reliable, and comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate is very organized, knows how to follow through and follow up, and knows how to prioritize and balance multiple deliverables amidst new requirements. An effective communicator, skilled in MS Office, you will report to the Digital Executive and interface with various colleagues and leaders throughout the organization. Duties include scheduling of appointments, preparation of external / internal correspondence, telephone/visitor screening, arranging complex and detailed domestic/international travel arrangements, coordination of meetings and receptions, preparation of presentation materials, maintenance / filing of documents, and preparation of expense reports. Your contributions are critical, visible and contribute to the day-to-day operations. Above all, you are self-managed and can execute flawlessly and independently, while openly seeking guidance when required. The ability to work with agility under pressure and within timelines is essential.
Job Responsibilities
Advanced administrative support that includes a daily variety of administrative support and respective leadership team
Coordinates internal/external meetings, conference calls, and domestic/international travel.
Manages exceedingly busy executive calendar with precise calendar and schedule management.
Displays excellent communication skills and professionalism in working with clients (internal/external), and vendors.
Reports and presentations including advanced graphics.
Accurately tracks expenses/process and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Distributes agenda, meeting packages, and responsible for meeting minutes.
Data entry/filing.
Complete day-to-day office administration functions for leadership and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Senior administrative experience of 5 - 7 years required
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Power Point, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work with limited supervision, independent
- Strong prioritization and problem solving skills
- Solid written, verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skill
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
