About the Job

The following is a list of responsibilities that may be required of this position:
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting customers and special guests
  • Receiving packages and distributing to the appropriate people in a timely manner
  • Ordering office supplies as needed
  • Updating the employee board
  • Sending out weekly and monthly memos
  • Assist with coordinating birthday celebrations and gifts
  • Planning and organizing company events such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, etc.
  • Filing, scanning, and organizing information
  • Receive payments, including online and over the phone payments
  • Read and respond to emails daily
  • Collect and distribute mail daily
  • Record receipts
  • Assist with making deposits
  • Assist HR with assigned tasks as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as needed


About You

You will be successful in this role if you possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a faced pace environment where answering phones and assisting customers was a main task
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Assertive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Organized, with the ability to multitask
  • Experience with the Google suite and QuickBooks is a plus
