Front Office Assistant


Part-Time Position (12-20 hours/week)

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as a Part-Time Front Office Assistant. This role offers a flexible schedule, primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with potential for additional hours. The pay rate for this position is $18/hr.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Process shipping labels and coordinate deliveries/pickups.
    • Handle returns and place orders for office supplies and staff.
    • Track orders and shipments, investigating lost packages as needed.
    • Scan and file documents, including sensitive information.
    • Assist with financial tasks like reconciling credit card statements and processing reimbursements.
    • Maintain office equipment and supplies.
  • Event Support:
    • Assist with planning and coordinating company events and luncheons.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Adobe software, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A love for dogs!
