Front Office Assistant
Part-Time Position (12-20 hours/week)
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as a Part-Time Front Office Assistant. This role offers a flexible schedule, primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with potential for additional hours. The pay rate for this position is $18/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Process shipping labels and coordinate deliveries/pickups.
- Handle returns and place orders for office supplies and staff.
- Track orders and shipments, investigating lost packages as needed.
- Scan and file documents, including sensitive information.
- Assist with financial tasks like reconciling credit card statements and processing reimbursements.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Event Support:
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events and luncheons.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Adobe software, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A love for dogs!
