POSITION SUMMARY
As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, coordinates and assists with the recruitment of external applicants: coordinating interviews, managing site visits, supporting relocations, recruiting vendor management, coordinate job postings in the applicant tracking system, manage sign-on bonus processes, immigration/visa coordination, direct candidate support, I-9 verification and compliance, initial background checks, licensure/certification compliance and more. Conducts data analysis of talent acquisition metrics from recruiting and HR systems and generates regular reporting on recruitment metrics with custom reports, standard reports, and dashboards to demonstrate trends. Coordinates new hire onboarding and ensures outstanding candidate experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: 1-2 years work experience in recruiting, human resources, or related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize work; and attend to detail in a team-based work environment. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Can utilize HRIS and ATS systems, and knowledge of Microsoft office tools (word, power point, excel). Prefer experience or ability to generate and format reports.
Preferred:PHR Certification.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Obtains reference checks, drug screens, education/license verification, and background checks.
- Generates reports (e.g., data review and analysis) for standard recruiting / talent acquisition metrics.
- Support recruiters with management of job postings and ATS (applicant tracking system) data analysis and data mining. Support postings in broad array of social media and online resources as needed.
- Administer and coordinate the on-boarding process of new hires. Process development and documentation, with a focus on automation in systems for efficiency.
- Coordinates directly with candidates for site visits: interview scheduling, air travel, car rental, hotels, and itineraries.
- Generate documents for candidates such as offer letters, sign-on bonuses and/or relocation assistance. And assist in new-hire relocation processes.
- Support the immigration processes for providers and medical technical specialists (e.g., Visa applications) by working with attorneys and candidates to facilitate the visa process required for each individual situation.
- Participates in professional activities to keep abreast of changes and new development in the field.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
