SAN DIEGO MOJO PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL
Reports to: Sr. Operations and Marketing Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
Professional Athletics Interns support the setup, organization, follow-through, and breakdown of the San Diego Mojo Professional Women's Volleyball Team Home Games at Viejas Arena under the supervision of the Operations Department. They must be available for at least 10 out of 14 Mojo Home Games which are in between the dates of January 10th and May 10th, 2025. About San Diego Mojo Professional Women's Volleyball:
Founded in 2023, San Diego Mojo Professional Women's Volleyball is one of seven teams (San Diego; Las Vegas; Orlando; Atlanta; Columbus, OH; Omaha; and Grand Rapids) to compete in the Pro Volleyball Federation's inaugural season in 2024. Indianapolis joins the league to make eight (8) teams in 2025.
Team President Billy Johnson is a decades-long leader in the sports and entertainment industries and has been recognized through several community and industry awards for his work in professional baseball, hockey, and destination marketing.

SAN DIEGO MOJO PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL
Reports to: Sr. Operations and Marketing Manager
Role and Responsibilities:

Interns may carry out the following duties:
- Helping with stage and show management
- Setting up the arena, including chairs, signage, and merchandise, and taking inventory
- Provide general support to the Mojo staff as well as coaches, players, and Visiting Team
- Provide general support to the Viejas Arena staff and promotional team
- Occasionally act as a runner, usher, and greeter for fans
- Fill in where necessary, including volleyball court maintenance, ball-shagging, and assisting with promotional activations like giveaways.
- Assist with facilitation of group and fan experiences, such as Meet & Greets and VIP Guests
- Ensure optimal fan experience and smooth operation by supporting wherever needed
- Ability to participate in lifting, carrying, and pushing items.
- Self-motivated, naturally resilient, and a positive attitude.
- Organized ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, integrity, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision.
- Must be able to receive College Credit and have documentation to support.
