FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Job at Kairos Enterprises in Oceanside

We are seeking a FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers to join our team in Oceanside, CA!! We are looking for high energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience to join our team. The individual must have a strong work ethic and a continuous drive to succeed. This position is full time.

​Responsibilities:

• Scan and deliver products to customer locations in a safe and timely manner
• Collect on orders and shipments
• Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle pre and post trip daily
• Maintain superior customer service

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
• A valid regular driver's license
• Legal status to work in the USA
• Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years)
• Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years)
• Clear a 10 year DOT background check
• Able to pass physical (including drug rest)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must have conversational English
• Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest
• Must be at least 21 years of age
