Overview
iMIS System Administrator Objective To support the day-to-day administration of the iMIS Association Management System (AMS), ensuring that MFB’s data integrity, user experience, and system functionality are maintained effectively. This role provides essential AMS support, including user support, data analysis, data maintenance and reporting. This role also supports MFB’s operational needs for technology, including coordinating event registration processes, maintaining procedural documentation, and participating in training efforts.
Responsibilities
iMIS System Administrator Responsibilities AMS Application Support: Provide Tier 1 support for AMS application and integrated modules, ensuring functionality and usability for all users. Provide support for all AMS users with excellent customer service. Event Registration Coordination: Manage the setup and maintenance of event registration processes within the AMS. Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform basic data queries and reporting using SQL, SSRS, Office 365, or similar tools to support MFB’s data needs. Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for AMS processes to ensure clarity and compliance. Project Participation: Contribute to AMS-related projects involving data, technology, and application initiatives as required. Collaboration: Work with internal IT staff and vendors on support needs. Work regularly with the MFB program areas and County Farm Bureau staff. Training Support: Support AMS-related training sessions, collaborating with MFB divisions and assisting with user documentation. Data Quality Maintenance: Monitor and support data quality standards across all AMS environments. Responsible for various tasks to cleanup any data issues. Application Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting system performance and user issues and escalating as needed for timely resolution.
Qualifications
iMIS System Administrator Qualifications Required Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in AMS or CRM support, with familiarity in using Association Management Systems or Customer Relationship Management systems. iMIS application experience is preferred. Proficiency in SQL and Office 365; familiarity with SSRS is a plus. Marketing technology experience also a plus. Willingness to provide support outside of standard working hours when necessary to resolve critical issues. Note:
