Job Description: - Join a high-profile outpatient Family Medicine practice with two physicians and one nurse practitioner. - Position is OB-optional. - Assess, evaluate, and treat patients in a hospital/medical office setting. - Employ advanced knowledge to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, and implement treatment plans. - Work under the supervision and collaboration of a physician. - Opportunity to teach family medicine residents through clinical teaching and supervision. - Adhere to ethical and regulatory directives for health care services. - Perform complete, accurate history and physical assessment/examination. - Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, and communicate results to patients. - Prescribe treatment, pharmacological agents, and perform procedures independently. - Educate patients and families about medical conditions, disease processes, and treatment plans. - Reassess and modify patient care plans as necessary to achieve health status goals. - Communicate with physicians regarding patient outcomes and care variations. - Delegate care and collaborate with health care team members. - Participate in medical records management, quality assurance, and compliance audits. - Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in scheduling and service excellence. - Perform other duties as necessary for effective medical practice operations. - Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates. - Not accepting Locums candidates.
