Job Description:
As an HR Data Analyst at client, you will play a crucial role in supporting various business processes and work streams related to recruiting and HR-applicable tools. You will act as a liaison between Client's and our IT and HCM (Human Capital Management) partners for system design and integrations. Your responsibilities will include participating in project teams, performing analysis, requirements gathering, planning, design, development, testing, and release of features and functionalities for current and new recruiting software implementations.
Responsibilities:
Understand how client's processes function within Workday. Support business as usual activities. Recommend and adopt industry best practices relevant to attracting and hiring key talent into the organization. Research innovative technologies to support or replace current technologies in the client's technology portfolio and recommend changes to support future GTA strategies and roadmap. Facilitate discussions with technical and business partners to translate and convey business needs, as well as system impacts or limitations. Identify business requirements for technology partner portfolio planning, stakeholder impact, and assist in prioritizing business change requests. Liaise with IT and HCM technology partners on daily recruitment operational items including change requests, defect and incident remediation, and other issues and concerns to ensure proper and timely solution delivery. Assist in the development of training materials for system users. Partner with Project Management to develop a coordinated delivery approach, dependencies, resource requirements, and schedule for multiple workstreams within the overall program and launch schedule. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ years' experience supporting implementation of Human Resources (HR) technologies and knowledge of HR-related systems and integrations (HRIS, background check vendors, assessment vendors, employee referral add-ons, CRM, etc.). 3 years' experience working in Workday, including experience in handling change requests, defects, incidents, and customer concerns. Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Pro certification for HCM and Touchpoints in Recruitment. Experience in implementation of Workday Recruiting for a large scale, global organization. Talent Acquisition experience including recruiting process, strategy, metrics analysis, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of infrastructure-related systems, i.e., client/server, workstations, servers, networks. Top Must-Have Hard Skills:
Workday Recruitment business process experience. Previous experience with creating technical requirements.
