• Supervise a team of service technicians, including interviewing, hiring and training.
• Develop operating budgets and monthly status reports, including maintaining projected gross/net profits.
• Follow up on accounts receivable/overdue clients and approves all credit of accounts.
• Maintain systems for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and mail.
• Review and initiate all completed work orders, including pricing, and verification of materials/labor used.
• Initiates paperwork for returns of warranty partstag material and arrange shipping.
• Monitor and evaluate system regarding callbacks and customer satisfaction, including assisting service technicians with callbacks or highly difficult technical problems.
• Monitor and maintain inventory.
• Develop advertising schedule/promotional literature for presentations.
• Lead in the development of new markets in commercial areas of service.
• Responsible for security and cleanliness of the Service Division building, trucks and equipment.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• Estimating experience required.
• Leadership experience required.
