AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE DRIVE MANAGER
Victor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an exciting growth opportunity for a highly motivated individual (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service experience required) interested in stepping into a front-line service management role. The Service Advisor team owns the customer’s experience in the Service Lane and is the first point of contact with our service customers. This position will ensure that the Advisor team is well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisor team are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of Service Drive employees and processes
- Train Service Advisors for success
- Work in a lead advisor capacity, provide out of office coverage when advisors call in for weekday and Saturday coverage, and to enhance customer care as needed
- Manage Work-In-Process (WIP) reports
- Review warranty Repair Orders (ROs) to ensure proper documentation is attached and filled out correctly
- Ensure no warranty RO’s are open longer than 5 days without authorization from Service Director
- Maintain adherence to Stellantis Rental policies and procedures
- Confirm that all recall repairs are completed on vehicles before delivery and before ROs are submitted and paid
- Ensure customers vehicles are serviced properly and in a timely manner, and that customers are proactively notified of progress and timing of completion
- Ensure service team members complete all required Stellantis training on a timely basis
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Other duties as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
- Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service experience required
- 3+ years of strong customer focused experience
- Must be results- driven, highly energized, and a customer service-oriented
- The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations
- A professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Must have a clean, valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
