Position Overview:
The Assistant Corporate Visual Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across our retail locations and special projects. Reporting to the Director of Creative/ Visualmerchandising, the successful candidate will assist in creating compelling VM displays and product assortments that drive sales, consistently operate cross functionally, enhance the brand experience, and delight our customers.

Reporting to the Director of Creative/ Visualmerchandising, the successful candidate will assist in creating compelling VM displays and product assortments that drive sales, consistently operate cross functionally, enhance the brand experience, and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Merchandising Execution: Collaborate with the Corporate Visual Director to develop and implementvisual merchandising guidelines, standards, and directives for all retail locations, special projects, trunk show, and pop-ups. Assist in ensuring consistent execution of visual displays that reflect the brand identity and seasonal themes.
- Visual Merchandising Product Creation: Brainstorms new product concepts for seasonal launches, evergreen moments and special events. This includes the general product life cycle of such as mockups andrendering, stakeholder approval, operational usage of internal systems i.e.: NetSuite, and partnering with the inventory team to ensure all finalized product is in store and ready for customers.
- Vendor Communication: Coordinate, plan, partner with key vendors to assist in the production process i.e.: graphic printers, acrylic vendors, fabricators, florists etc.
- Team Leadership and Development: Support the Corporate Visual Director in leading and mentoring a teamof Store Managers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to foster a culture of excellence and creativity. Assist in scheduling and allocating resources to optimize visual merchandising efforts across stores.
- Store Communication and Training: Facilitate clear communication of visual merchandising initiatives, updates, and best practices to store teams. Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops to ensureunderstanding and compliance with visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Display Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing,product merchandising, and store operations to plan and execute impactful visual displays that highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Assist in the development of visual mock-ups and prototypes to guide display execution.
- Visual Merchandising Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and store performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing visual merchandising inventory, including props, fixtures, signage, and display materials. Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and storage of visual merchandisingassets to ensure availability and quality standards are met.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and guidelines in all visualmerchandising activities. Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe and visually appealing store environment for customers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
- Five years of experience in visual merchandising, with two-three years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Ability to travel as needed. Approx.15% of the time.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, techniques, and trends.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software such as Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, graphic design tools, and Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
