Description:
- Perform standard and specialty diagnostic radiographic procedures with accuracy.
- Administer ionizing radiation using fluoroscopy, computed radiography, direct radiography, mobile c-arm, and x-ray equipment.
- Assess, evaluate, and prepare patients for imaging.
- Position patients and attend to their needs during procedures.
- Apply and maintain current knowledge of radiation protection and safety practices.
- Independently or assist licensed practitioners in performing procedures.
- Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Current ARRT certification.
- BLS Certification.
- Pediatric experience and bilingual skills are preferred.
