A premier litigation and business law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their thriving Commercial Litigation Group.

About the Role

As a member of theCommercial Litigation Group, you will:
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including jury and bench trials, appeals, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, either independently or under the guidance of senior attorneys.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and provide insightful written analyses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for resolving complex legal issues.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to grow the firm’s client base.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A J.D. from an accredited law school with 5+ years of experience in litigation.
  • Exceptional academic credentials.
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of county, state, and federal court systems and civil procedure rules.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
