Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual counseling sessions focused on women aged 35-55, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients.
- Monitor Client Progress: Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted LPC or LMHC license in the State of California (required).
- Specialization: Proven experience and expertise in treating women aged 35-55, particularly with issues related to midlife transitions, hormonal changes, and work-life balance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) for remote sessions and documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
