The AccountManager will have a dynamic and challenging role and will play an importantpart in IMCD's objective to grow earnings for our strategic principals.
Successful candidates will be responsibleto:Maintains and grows relationships with existing core accounts.
Develops targets for all IMCD strategic principals.
Technically engages with all customers.
Spends 70% of your time in front of technical people.
Makes 15 sales calls/week with one office day/week.
Participates fully in technical training sessions.
Identifies decision makers to close the sales process.
Maintains and expands the database for your territory.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Three to seven years of sales experience in Personal Care.
Personal Care industry formulation or technical experience.
DesiredQualificationsMaster's Degree, technical degree in chemistry or biochemistry.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.

SupervisoryResponsibility:Thisposition has no supervisory responsibility.
WorkEnvironmentThis jobcurrently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remotework environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
PositionType/Expected Hours of WorkThis is afull-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Fridayfrom 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may berequired as needed.
TravelThisposition requires up to 50% travel. Frequently travel is both local and outsidethe local area and overnight.
