Human Resources Intern - Technology
Position Summary
The Technology Human Resources Intern will provide support on a wide range of processes and projects to better understand the life cycle of a Team Member within the Clayton Technology Organization. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance as well as completing a focused project around team member experience improvements

The Clayton Technology HR team works to recruit, develop, and retain the Clayton Technology team
members by working closely together on all areas of the team member lifecycle.

About The Team
The Clayton Technology HR team works to recruit, develop, and retain the Clayton Technology team
members by working closely together on all areas of the team member lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Learn and support various areas of the Clayton Technology people practices and team member lifecycle.
- Participate and support HR special projects
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Help screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Support scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, including preparing new hire paperwork and orientations.
- Training & Development:
- Support the coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
- Help track employee participation in training programs and maintain related records.
- Assist with employee development initiatives by researching resources and compiling materials.
- Talent and Performance Management:
- Help gather and organize performance feedback from managers and employees.
- Assist in preparing performance review documents and materials.
- Support the tracking and reporting of performance evaluation timelines.
- HR Administration and Special Projects:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee files (both physical and digital).
- Support HR team with data entry and report generation for HR-related metrics.
- Help with administrative tasks such as preparing HR reports, managing calendars, and tracking HR projects.
- Assist with special HR initiatives or projects, such as diversity and inclusion efforts or wellness programs.
- Help research HR best practices and contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Assist with creating and update HR processes

- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Experience establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High levels of detail orientation to manage various team members in various stages of their employment life cycle.
- Internal and external customer service both with the HR team and with business stakeholders and team members.
