The Account Manager will primarily focus on handling the day-to-day servicing of accounts as well as account retention/renewals and account development, with a strong focus on customer service.
**This is a hybrid opportunity, 3 days onsite at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office**

Responsibilities
- Market and placement of renewal business.
- Perform risk analysis & prepare applications for renewal business.
- Review and prepare quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities to present to client.
- Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality control standard and procedures.
- Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
- Maintain current market and product knowledge.
- Previous Account Manager experience.
- 3 to 5 Years Property and Casualty experience.
- P&C license.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Excellent product knowledge and expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work independently.
