KAEKO, Inc. is an Engineering design firm with expert staff that plans, designs, and executes complex MEP projects in various industries as well as Construction Support Services such as High Precision Survey, traditional Land Survey and BIM services. Our team includes engineering, design, and field staff in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Land Survey disciplines.

Summary of Position Responsibilities:
KAEKO is seeking a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving strategic growth and building key client relationships within the engineering industry. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, fostering partnerships, and optimizing business processes to increase profitability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that marketing strategies align with KAEKO's long-term goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting market analysis, including SWOT assessments and competitor analysis, to identify growth opportunities.
• Developing and refining KAEKO's value propositions and overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, and digital content.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, performing regular client check-ins, and gathering feedback to drive improvement.
• Leading strategic partnership efforts, including identifying potential partners and managing collaboration initiatives.
• Attending industry events and networking with key stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities.
• Optimizing business processes by improving workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring alignment with business development objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executives and operations, to achieve strategic business goals.
• Implementing digital marketing strategies with a focus on SEO optimization and content marketing to enhance KAEKO's digital presence.
• Conducting financial reviews and contributing to financial planning to identify cost-saving opportunities and increase revenue.
• Exploring opportunities for market expansion and service diversification to drive business growth.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and technology integration, encouraging employee-driven improvements and process innovation.
• Developing and executing client retention and upselling strategies to maximize business from existing clients.
• Regularly evaluating business development KPIs, adjusting strategies based on performance, and refining growth plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the engineering or a related technical industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and building strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities, able to leverage data to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Professionalism in policy and strategy communication, ensuring that business development initiatives align with company objectives and stakeholder needs.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and financial planning, with the ability to optimize budgets and drive profitable outcomes.
• Excellent judgment in making decisions that align with the company's growth strategy and values.
• Agility in responding to evolving market trends and client demands, adapting initiatives quickly to meet changing business needs.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and client relationships simultaneously.
