Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role that will offer the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The HR Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our mission by driving human resources initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, promoting employee engagement and ensuring legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including but not limited to:
1. Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
2. Managing all aspects of human resources management such as policy development, compliance, and HR reporting.
3. Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
4. Facilitating employee relations by addressing issues, disputes, and performance problems in a timely and effective manner.
5. Driving organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and team collaboration.
6. Designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
7. Implementing talent management strategies to retain high-performing employees.
8. Developing and executing succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
9. Conducting workforce planning to align with business needs and market trends.
10. Resolving conflicts and providing guidance on complex HR issues.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in onboarding, HR management, recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, training & development, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and conflict resolution.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive HR processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology tools.
7. Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
9. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
